Welcome to the new Self-Help Center website. We have spent the fall updating our programs and expanding our outreach efforts! Our website and facebook page will keep you updated with events, new groups, and news that impact the support group community in Champaign County! Our goal for the new year is to provide more consultations and training to active groups and help establish new groups where there are gaps in service in the community.
