Celebrate Recovery (Windsor Road Christian Church) (2009 A,L)
The purpose of the Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the eight Recovery Principles and the Christ-Centered 12 steps. By working and applying these principles, we become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors, our hurts, hang-ups and habits. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. Meetings are every Friday at Windsor Road Christian Church, 2501 Windsor Road, Champaign. Dinner at 5:45 p.m., Large Group Lesson at 6:15 p.m., Gender/Issue Specific Share Groups at 7:00 p.m.

Men's Freedom Support Group (Vineyard Church)
This Christ-based group is for men who struggle with sexually addictive behaviors. It helps men to live lives of sexual sobriety and wholeness. Meets Tues., 6:30-7:30 p.m. at 1401 N Coler Urbana.

Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) (A,L)
This 12-step fellowship is for men and women who have the desire to stop their addictive sexual behaviors and to help others recover from sexual addiction. Group literature is available. Meets Mon., 12:00 noon; Tues., 7:00 p.m.; and Thurs., 7:00 p.m. There is a related style meeting Sat., 12:00 noon. E-mail or call for meeting locations.

Rescue Us Addiction Program (2015 A,L/P)
This group provides support for all addictions, drugs, food, pornography, etc., and is an outreach ministry to functioning addicts and adult family members, bringing them to the local New Testament church for help and support. It is also a strong discipleship program for the churched and unchurched. Transportation and childcare can be arranged. Meets Fridays 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 201 Frazier St., just behind First Church of Christ, Georgetown.
