ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Association Support Group (2016 A,P)
This association provides a variety of services to patients with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) and their family members, including phone visits; case management services; Skype appointments for virtual home visits; community education; and possible loaner medical equipment such as power wheelchairs, hospital beds, and communication devices. The support group for people affected by ALS and their families meets 2nd Monday of each month 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., Alan G. Ryle and Companies, 4102 Belmont Point, Champaign.

There is a support group for people affected by ALS and their families. Baby sitting can be arranged. Meets 2nd Thur. of each month 6:00-8:00 p.m., Unity Point Methodist, Atrium Bldg., 900 Main St., Peoria.
